Manchester has trick or treating the Sunday before Halloween in the afternoon, so it's safer for everyone. We had a beautiful day this year, in the 60s. It was so nice. Tons of candy left over at our house because we didn't get even 1/2 the amount of kids we expected.
Nathaniel did pretty good with it. Occasionally he'd pretend that he was the mommy and i was the kid and that I had to go ring the doorbell as the kid. But overall, he wasn't as timid as I thought he'd be. He hated wearing the mask & cape, so he was a mask-less batman.
